Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders to the US and Puerto Rico. Orders ship 24 to 48 hours from the moment the order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Return Policy

At MANTA we are proud of the items we sell!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right! Please follow these guidelines outlining our return/exchange policy for the different items we offer:



We will gladly receive any shoes that are in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and in their original packaging. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of any retuned item. Returns must be completed within 15 days from the date package is received. Upon receipt of the item, the requested refund or exchange* will be honored. 


For hygienic reasons, no returns or exchanges of Jewelry are accepted.


Sorry, no returns or exchanges are accepted for items sold on clearance.
